My name is Donavan Abrahams and I’m the Manager at Utah Spur Steak Ranch in Cape Town.

I completed my first aid training with Emcare in October. During the week of the 13th of November we had a customer in the restaurant who fell ill and passed out.  I was very scared at first but I started to remember my training and what I learned at Emcare. I’ve managed to attend to the customer with my knowledge and also called the ambulance where after the patient was taken to the hospital. I just want to thank Emcare and my facilitator for what he taught me. I will never forget it. I feel because of Emcare and my training, I have helped someone in need.

The training was absolutely superb and I genuinely enjoyed each and every moment of it. The content was extremely informative and incredibly useful. This has been my third training session through your company, but honestly this has been the only one I have ever enjoyed.

Earl was extremely helpful; the training was nothing short of fun yet so well thought through. The information that was handed over for me to learn was well laid out and well presented.

Please thank Earl sincerely from me and our company. I was nervous and didn’t think I would make it through the course, but I did. I can confidently now ensure our company is compliant and so much more thanks to Earl.

Guys I did my health and safety SHEMTRAC course via EMCARE.
I had a great time the facilitator and admin lady really went out of their way to accommodate their students, after the SHEMTRAC I did first aid level 1.

I passed both courses, they are also quick with marking and sending certificates.
I also did a Covid 19 awareness course online and I got my certificate immediately it's the EMCARE branch in Cape town Milnerton I really had an awesome experience.

“During the training fellow students were calling me (Caster Semenya) the reason, I was always number one when coming to running. So becoming a fire fighter is not easy task. It requires hard work, long hours of training, dedication and sincere desire to help others. Being physical fitness is the most basic requirement for every fire fighter. “Growing up I was passionate about becoming a fire fighter and I was willing to do whatsoever it takes to get there. Everyone at home influenced me not to. But I can tell that I could not resist the calling because it was loud. After finishing my matric I had to take a stance about my life and follow my dreams and passion. Despite the negativity from friends and family I had to put myself first and live for me. Then I registered for fire fighter courses of which it only took me four 4 months to complete.

I can tell that this was not time consuming and also a reliable step I have taken. I am happy to be part of what I have always dreamed of at a short period of time. Along the way I have learnt that dreams are not self-provable. Everyone is a dreamer, until one decides to work upon them and make the dream come true. Dedication, hard work and self-belief are the only reason I have achieved all my dreams. Everything is possible as long

As the SHE Manager I was very impressed, this is by far the best training we've received to date.

Training was excellent will definitely use Emcare again in the future.

I would like to thank Emcare for a wonderful training session, which was enjoyed and appreciated by all participants. Thank you for assisting us in ensuring the safety of our Bitou children. The training today will save many lives for years to come. Your trainer, Walter, was friendly and informative and worked so well with the ladies. Course overall was awesome, the best moment in his lifetime to have gone to school was when he did his courses with us, how staff handle participants, conducive learning environment. Hendrik; awesome, passion for the profession and make someone understanding, so calculated, easy going. Allows group interaction. Was talking to his friends about us.  All colleges will close because of us, and other people agree. Paid for ACLS when he did ITLS without any reserves but it is based on his experience. Doing a very good job, all staff are friendly, even Mamma greets, family environment that makes people feel homely, wishes the courses can go on for time. Training room & equipment; everything is on point, spotless. Catering; he loved it, especially the steak. Given the chance he would love to be with us for two weeks plus. Wade; he is a professional, gave him all the information he needed he was very accommodating. Melissa; can’t find proper words to describe her, she is priceless! We are a recognized institution worldwide a lot of people are talking about us on EMS groups. Will help us join those groups on FB and the like.

Course overall was good. Hendrik; very good instructor, very accommodating. Training room and equipment; clean well laid out present, everything in working order. Catering; was good. Melissa very happy with Melissa.

It was an honour to read through the client surveys from the First Aid training course done at the Whitehouse for the period 25th to 28th August 2015, every “reactionnaire” (client survey) was marked as excellent on all fields and comments such as “Best facilitator ever”, “10/10” and “keep it up” deserve some sort of recognition. I was privileged to meet one of your EMCARE assistants while on holiday in Mopani rest camp in Kruger National Park on 13 October 2013. I had my 83 year old mother with me. She is frail and also uses waffrin medication after she had a stroke a few years ago. She fell one afternoon while getting out of the car at our bungalow and injured her hand that caused her to bleed a lot...
